RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

WE HAVE A 7 DAYS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

WE WILL GLADLY EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE* AS LONG AT IT IS UNWORN, UNUSED, IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS LABELS, AND THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT. THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEES FOR THE EXCHANGE,  FOR THE NEW SHIPPING AND ANY DIFFERENCE IN PRICE. ALL ITEMS WILL BE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED BEFORE EXCHANGES ARE PROCESSED. ALL EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY BY THE TIME YOUR EXCHANGE ORDER IS PROCESSED, ANY ITEMS(S) THAT YOU HAVE REQUESTED MAY BE SOLD OUT COMPLETELY. THE CUSTOMER MAY ALSO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE IN ANY OF OUR STORES LOCATED AT THE MALL OF SAN JUAN AND PLAZA LAS AMERICAS, IN COMPLIANCE WITH OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY.  

MERCHANDISE*, UNWORN, IN NEW CONDITION, CONTAINING ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, TAGS, LABELS AND THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT CAN BE ALSO RETURNED. CUSTOMER NEEDS TO PAY THE SHIPPING FOR ANY RETURN.  ALL ITEMS WILL BE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED BEFORE RETURNS ARE PROCESSED. THE CUSTOMER MAY ALSO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE IN ANY OF OUR STORES LOCATED AT THE MALL OF SAN JUAN AND PLAZA LAS AMERICAS, IN COMPLIANCE WITH OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY. NO REFUND ON RETURNS, CUSTOMER SHALL BE COMPENSATED ONLY WITH A STORE CREDIT VALID FOR 1 YEAR. SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, NOT CREDITED

 *FACE MASKS, CHAINS, HATS, PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, AND MERCHANDISE ON SALE OR WITH ANY OTHER PROMOTIONAL OFFERS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGED. GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR CASH OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF PAYMENT.

  RETURN AND EXCHANGE FOR REASON OF DEFECT

ALL RETURN AND EXCHANGES MUST TAKE PLACE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE. IN CASE OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES DUE TO DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE OFFERED ONE OF THE FOLLOWING ALTERNATIVES BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT:  MERCHANDISE REPAIR, EXCHANGE, OR STORE CREDIT. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE REFERS TO ALL MERCHANDISE SHOWING MANUFACTURING FLAWS OR DEFECTS. IF THIS IS YOUR SITUATION PLEASE CONTACT US AT:  PASHION@GMAIL.COM 

THE TERM DEFECTIVE DOES NOT INCLUDE NOR IS LIMITED TO FLAWS ARISING FROM EXCESSIVE OR IMPROPER USE, SCRATCHES, DAMAGE OR LOST ORNAMENTS, FADED MERCHANDISE, MERCHANDISE THAT STAINS THE SKIN, DISCOMFORT, OR INCORRECT SIZE.

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES: DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, UNUSED DEFECTIVE AND/OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR RECEIVED INCORRECT PRODUCT.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. BY PERSON AT OUR LOCATIONS IN THE MALL OF SAN JUAN AND PLAZA LAS AMERICAS.
  2. SEND AND EMAIL TO PASHION@GMAIL.COM  EXPLAINING THE REASON FOR THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE. 
  3. ONCE APPROVED, SEND THE PACKAGE BY MAIL TO: 1353, LUIS VIGOREAUX AVE, PMB 276, GUAYNABO, PR 00966
  4. INCLUDE THE PACKING SLIP IN THE RETURN PACKAGE.
  5. PAY FOR SHIPPING AND DROP OFF AT ANY USPS LOCATION.
